The UTO plant is specifically designed for continuous pasteurization and cooling using shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Equipped with specialized baffles to enhance heat carrier speed and intensity, it ensures uniform heat treatment and in-line pasteurization, preserving essential vitamins and nutrients in heat-sensitive products. The outcome: high-quality natural products with extended shelf life and an appealing appearance

Principle of Operation:

 

The product is pumped into the heat exchanger, heated by circulating hot water, and then cooled using cold water. The process is regulated to meet production requirements.
