Honey-processing equipment consists of a whole array of devices intended for the food industry. They serve to pump and homogenize, pasteurize, cream, and dry the honey. Honey processing machines can be used both independently or as part of a production line which may include vibrating knives, centrifuges, homogenizers, creamers, pasteurizers, and equipment for lifting, tilting, heating, etc. They can be used for the whole process of extracting the product from the honeycombs: cleaning the honey of insects and air bubbles, evaporating any excess moisture, destroying any microorganisms, endowing the honey with an even texture, and crystallizing or creaming the honey.
