Fryers

Industrial fryers are a type of machine used in the food industry. They serve to deep-fry products. They do so by immersing products into heated vegetable or animal fat. They are equipped with temperature sensors, so that the oil does not overheat. This means that they can be safely used for repeated preparation of multiple batches of finished products. They are used for making potato chips, certain pastries (e.g. donuts), meatballs, fish, seafood, vegetables, foods in batter, etc.
