Honey-processing equipment consists of a whole set of devices for the food industry. They serve to pump honey and homogenize, pasteurize, cream, and dry it. Plants can be used both independently or as part of a production line which can contain vibrating knives, centrifuges, homogenizers, creamers, pasteurizers, and equipment for lifting, tilting, heating, etc. They can provide the whole process of extracting the product from the honeycombs: cleaning the honey of insects and air bubbles, evaporating any excess moisture, destroying any microorganisms, endowing the honey with an even texture, and crystallizing the honey or creaming it.
