Complete extraction line

New line for efficient combined honey extraction to speed up production and reduce operator work. The line is designed to fully meet the requirements of the honey producers and offers easy use and maintenance. Is is built completely out of stainless steel with a reinforced frame and accurate details.

The complete line is made up of:

- uncapper with adjustable vibrating blades and heating unit. Uncapping rate: 11 frames/minute

- support for uncapper

- continuous cappings press with collection hopper

- loading rack for uncapped frames complete with hand loading gear and inox dripping tank

- *64-frame automatic vertical extractor complete with electronic control unit

- **single rack for empty frames with inox dripping tank

- heated settling tank with switch and polycarbonate lid

- screw pump

- connections press/pump, tank/pump

- automatic level float for pump (for settling tank)
