Description

  • PP axis with round hole for soft / semi-hard cheeses PP axis with rectangular hole for semi-hard / hard cheeses.
  • Produced in PP food material
  • Dimensions: elementary axis 250 x 400 mm, to compose 400 mm wide axes, and length of the existing stairway / shelving.

How to use

The various types of cheeses are placed on the perforated boards: asiago, asiago mezzano, montasio, dairy, caciocavallo, bra, monte veronese, pecorino, various caciotte, squaquerone.

With the help of these modular perforated boards the product dries quickly and evenly.

Easily cleanable and washable even with aggressive detergents.

The modular perforated boards can be placed on: staircases, trolleys, shelving.
