Description

This is a deep-fryer that is suitable for frying various food products in oil, including onions, seeds, nuts, vegetable snacks, chips, and breaded products. In addition to deep-frying, it can also be used as an oil separator centrifuge for a product.

 

The fryer has an excess oil removal system that utilizes a unique feature to remove oil residues from the product, resulting in a dry product at the output. This is achieved by using a special system that unwinds the basket with the product after draining the oil. Due to the centrifugal force, drops of oil located on the surface of the product are sprayed onto the walls of the working container and drain through the drain hole into the container for storing and heating the oil.

 

The fryer has several advantages, including a constant circulation of oil through the built-in filtration system that extends the life of the oil and reduces its carbonation. It also allows for processing a product of fragile structure and small size and results in a "dry" product at the outlet with minimal oil content. Quick processing maximizes the preservation of all useful substances in the original product without oversaturating it with oil.

 

The deep fryer with centrifugal oil removal has a basket volume of 30/90 l and an installed power of 11 kW with power consumption of up to 9 kW. It can be retrofitted with a basket lifting system and is suitable for frying products such as onions, carrots, nuts, seeds, and more.
