HOW TO USE

Hooks cured meats, coppa, culatello, Milanese salami in the smallest part of the nylon hook.
Then hangs cured meats on: stainless steel trolleys, carousels, conveyors, and hanging butcher
bars.

move all meats from the meat rod.
