Description

Food dehydrator for professional drying of fruits and vegetables

 

The basic version of the device consists of a two-part cabinet with 22 shelves/trays. Stainless steel doors are equipped with sectional inserts made of organic glass for visual inspection of drying. The unit is equipped with 2 units with Heat Pump technology, the principle of which is that moist air is not discharged from the unit, but passes through a special heat pump. Moisture condenses and is drained in the form of condensate by a hose at the lowest hydraulic point outside the device. The heat is practically not lost, thanks to the directed forced movement of the air it goes in a circle and effectively dries the product on each side. The door is equipped with a special seal that fits closely to the cabinet frame, double locks on each section fix its position, thus virtually minimizing heat loss. The unit is made of food-grade stainless steel, including shelves.
