Description

The vertical cutting machine is used for cutting vegetables that have been processed for milling, mainly pepper and eggplant. It consists of a frame which has an electrical engine installed on the bottom side and a corpus mounted on the top side. The knives and the grid are installed in the corpus. A mobile discharge chute is installed sideways on the corpus and a delivery chute attached at the top of the corpus.
