Description

-Equipment is fully made of stainless steel (AISI 304) which meet all epidemiological and hygienic requirements in food industry. Smooth rounded corners of the machine enable to keep the machinery clean 


- Spiral kneading blades provide intensive and careful mixing of products 


-Each kneading blade is completed with a variable speed driver. Speed and direction of kneading blades’ rotation are controlled continuously. It provides careful mixing of raw materials 


-Control system of the mixer is developed on the base of the programmable logic controller which helps to set different mixing parameters through the operator panel. 


-The pre-set programs enable mixing the product in the automatic mode -Blocking of kneading blades’ rotation when the lid of the mixer is opened provides the security of personal operating the meat mixer 


-Protection level is IP65 


-Can optionally be supplied with a pole load device FMS-300 Diagram
