A newly designed, high efficiency, generation of chain die guarantees the lowest rates of scrap, resulting in the highest quality final product.
GMP design, incorporating hygienic stainless steel tubular frames.

DUAL FORMING VERSION
A dual forming die-set version has been developed to allow the feeding of up to 2 ropes simultaneously. Possibility to develop new 3D shapes, even bicolor, for products with a greater appeal with respect to traditional pillow shape. The implementation of the chain system also allows to obtain products with high percentages of filling. High production capacity to meet the high production volume allowed by cookers/extruders. A dual forming die-set version has been developed to allow the feeding of up to 2 ropes simultaneously.
