Automatic Bottle-inverter Sterilizer is mainly used in juice, tea etc. to sterilize the mouth of bottle, inner wall of the bottle which is not sterilized or the part of high temperature treatment after heat filling. This machine is mainly composed of conveyor chain system, bottle inverted chain system, frame, bottle inverted guide. The machine will turn the product 90 degree automatically to sterilize the inner wall of the cap by residual heat of the beverage(about 90℃) after filling and capping. And then, the product stands automatically and get into the shower and cooling machine.
