Description

The storage trays washer is a fully automated machine for the cleaning and disinfecting of storage trays including boards. The removal of dirt and residues after ripening is carried out by circulating the various phases in the cleaning cabin. The conductance of the cleaning solution is monitored constantly and more is added if necessary. SERA metering pumps with stainless steel heads of identical design are used. The acidic and basic solution and the rinsing water are stacked and reused. The stacking tanks are insulated and fitted with the necessary measuring fittings and an overflow. The main washing chamber is also insulated to keep heat radiation as low as possible.
