Description

The units use different principles depending on production conditions.

In the newly developed dosing unit JELLYBLEND® 2036, the ingredients are admixed in a gravimetrical manner on a starch mogul system before pouring the mass. The formation of bubbles in the mass is reduced by the use of a special agitator. This unit is PLC controlled.

Optionally the ingredients can also be mixed in by using the volumetric JELLYBLEND®. JELLYBLEND® 2036 is also available in a pharmaceutic edition with a very high dosage accuracy.
