Automatic doughnut fryers are extremely effective machines designed for easier production of doughnuts. Modular construction enables to disassemble individual pieces without any difficulty, which makes cleaning the machine very easy.

All parts are constructed from stainless steel. Specially designed systems with latch enable throwing over the doughnuts for frying on both sides. It is especially easy to put the doughnuts into the container with sugar-icing.

The automatic doughnut fryer is controlled by a microprocessor and performs all operations for frying on both sides of doughnuts. After frying, it puts the tipper up and signals the end of the cycle. Control unit enables to set the times for frying of doughnuts and also controls the oil temperature.

Doughnut fryers contain folding cover and oil draining valve. Optionally, the fryers can be supplied with oil filter with paper input and tank with the oil pump.

DEEP FRYER - HOW IT WORKS

• Firstly, we take the loading tray out from prover and consequently, we place it on the tipper.
• After that, the process is automatic.
• Pressing on the wide shelf of loading tray we drop doughnuts into the frying pan with oil
• Frying parameters are set on the control panel
• Doughnuts immersion, turning and surfacing from oil are automatic
• Doughnuts, after frying, can be filled with marmalade or jam or thrown to the pan with sugar-icing
