Description

The coating fryer has been constructed from two fryers in succession. The first fryer ensures a high temperature and adjustable transportation speed in order to fry the coated layer.

The second fryer will further fry the product until it has been properly cooked. During this process, temperature management and multiple filtering are essential for the quality of the product. Transportation through the fryers is realised by steel conveyor belts. Multiple flues ensure an optimum steam layer across the oil, preventing unnecessary oil oxidation. These specific features have ensured that Kiremko fryers renowed around the world.
