The composition of the plant varies according to the specific requirements of each producer and may include: powder dissolution system, preparation tanks, insulated, heated and complete with propeller and independent group for the preparation of hot water, pasteurizing plant for the prepared mixture, complete with homogenizer, storage tank for the pasteurized mixture, CIP washing system. The plant is completely connected and managed in every section by means of dedicated cabinet complete with PLC and touch screen panel for the display of all process parameters and the setting of the working programs.
