Description

The B+L enrobing lines are in operation, for enrobing of different centres, eighter from B+L moulding lines or formed croquant centres or centres based on wafer or biscuit. Enrobing machines cover most of the requirements. Build in radiation heaters control the temperature in the enrobing area. A double chocolate curtain float the centres from the top.
