NELDEN Industry supplies filling Monoblock with isobaric Mechanics Level Filler for cans.

The monoblock for filling cans are suitable for carbonated products and still products, with the possibility of hot filling with product recirculation.

Filling Valves
Filling system with mechanical isobaric valve suitable to work with pressure up to 6 bar (standard model) or higher (on request)

Stainless steel AISI 304/316, the parts in contact with the product are polished or electropolished

Buttons flushing and degassing with external springs for better cleanability and ease of replacement

Internal gaskets food material certified in accordance with European directives

Extremely small number of warranty seal for a maximum sterility and aseptic

Bell of mobile type centering controlled by mechanical camm for a perfect centering and sealing of the edge of the can

Possibility of treating cans with different mouthpieces replacing the sole centering bell

Opening control and mechanical locking with external clutch to the reservoir in order to avoid the possibility of pollution

Possibility of installing electro-pneumatic level valve and the volumetric type valves with the flowmeter
