Description

The Risco machine for cutting frozen blocks of meat, butter, fat, fruit masses, chocolate and other food stuffs. The Flaker is built entirely in stainless steel and the rotating drum features hardened stainless steel knives that can be easily exchanged. The cutting system assures a perfect cut of the product without damaging it. The machine has an high-power motor that guarantees a strong cutting action on the frozen blocks up to their total reduction in flakes. Massive steel frame.
