The Risco machine for cutting frozen blocks of meat, butter, fat, fruit masses, chocolate and other food stuffs. The Flaker is built entirely in stainless steel and the rotating drum features hardened stainless steel knives that can be easily exchanged. The cutting system assures a perfect cut of the product without damaging it.
