Bucket rehydrator – blancher
This machine is designed for thermal processing of dried fruits (primarily prunes) as for thermal processing – blanching of various sorts of fruit and vegetable.
Description
The bucket rehydrator-blancher is especially suitable for sensitive fruit and vegetables, since they are placed into buckets during the processing. The following products can be processed by blanching: green beans, peas, cabbage, cucumber, corn, spinach, cauliflower, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, mushrooms and similar products.
The bucket movement speed can be adjusted to every product and is controlled via frequency invertor. The blancher is supplied with an automatic water temperature regulation. The machine is equipped with cold water spray nozzles that refresh the fruit and vegetable as they exit the blancher.
