ACULINE: the "Aculine" conveyors system is a special bottles accumulation system, particularly suitable for shaped bottles. On the one-way conveyor the bottles never touch each other. During accumulation and discharge phases the bottles transfer system moves backward or forward, syncronized with the line speed. A dedicated PLC controlled by frequency variator manages the conveyors' speed. The "Aculine" system can be customized according to the Buffer need of the line. Tool-less format change over. Stainless steel frame.
