This device is designed to optimize the butter texture. Flexible and multi-purpose, it can be used in many cases among which:
- Reworking: associated to an additional equipment, the PM 200 is essential to obtain a high quality butter, that means a homogeneous, regular and spreadable product and with taste which could have been preserved.
- Blending / homogenization: the PM 200 allows to obtain a homogeneous blend of various types of butter, injection of liquid fat and/or aqueous phase.
So it can be used in production of light butter or spread.
