Beschreibung

Boema S.p.A. manufactures vacuum degasser for juices of purees with or without pieces of fruits and vegetables.

 

The unit is mainly composed of a vertical tank connected to a shell and tube condenser (condenser flanged to a convex cover to allow the recovery of the flavours, or installed sideways for the eventual extraction of the condensates) with cold water passing through it, connected to the vacuum pump. The machine is provided with product inlet piping with automatic valve and diffuser to facilitate the degassing.
