Description

Control screening machines are highly suitable for the screening of powdered or granular materials.

They are typically used for intake stations, or bag/Big bag discharge stations to screen out impurities and foreign bodies such as pieces of bags, cords, lumps etc. Impurities are cleaned off the screen either manually or with a vacuum cleaner.

The control screening machine is designed as a flat-bed screening machine with a vibratory drive and exchange screen with frame. The screen mesh width can be chosen according to the material to be screened. Options include a metal separator for the removal of magnetic impurities.
