Description
Thanks to the special design and construction of the drum and automatic control unit there is the possibility to make accelerated and precise technological process of tumbling, plasticization, making more flexible, salting and pickling of the meat elements in vacuum.
Machine provides effective standardization, weight optimization, protein binding, improvement of microbiology, color, appearance and quality of the product. .
The tumbler’s drum has an appropriate, ground construction, developed on the basis of many years of experience.
During rotation, the meat rotates while moving on smoothly tipped blades set diagonally at the right angle.
PLC control unit provides automatic work, easy service and current adjustment and saving the parameters of program on the touch screen.
The intensity of tumbling is adjusted in automatic program, with the possibility of setting time, vacuum level and cycle, drum rotational speed and pause time.
