Description

The VK Loading System is ideal for placing sausages in a tubular bag machine or in trays. Of course, it is also possible to count a predefined number of products.

Functional description

First, the products land into the separation unit, from where the sausages are extracted one after another in individual stacks and transported towards the portioning unit. The predefined number of products is then collected here and then placed on the infeed section of the form, fill and seal machine via a flap system. Of course, it is also possible to place a specific number of sausages in a tray. They can also be directed with our feed unit or another conveyor technology.

Options

Conversion packages for different products, feed unit with buffer, UVC disinfection, blow-out station, integrated metal search head, cleaning trolley.

Hygienic Design

The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent.
