Description

The loading system VGE loads your sausages into the packaging machine. Whether peeled/unpeeled goods, collagen casings or sausages in natural casings, there’s never a need for compromise with this system.

Functional description

First, the products land into the isolation unit, from which the sausages are removed into individual tunnels and transported toward the robot unit. If necessary, groups of sausages are formed in the grouping station, which are then gripped by the stainless-steel robot and inserted. It is also possible to direct them using our feed unit or another conveyor technology.

Options

Conversion packages for different products, feed unit with buffer, grouping station, alignment station for curved sausages, rotary axis, UVC disinfection, blow-out station, integrated metal search head, cleaning trolley.

Hygienic design

The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. Targeted gripping of the products eliminates conventional suction, so as not to cause unnecessary microbial contamination.
