Description

The ancient method of pressing olives by crushing them has given way to the modern centrifuge-based system of extraction, with the subsequent introduction of Decanters. These were in fact created to ensure that the oil is excellent in terms of yield, flow rate and organoleptic properties.

The EFFE centrifugal extractor is designed for two- and three-phase processing, and it allows total interchangeability of all parts subject to wear and tear, including the liquid discharging head.
One of the main characteristics is the application of the hydraulic coupling to the main motor, in order to save electrical consumption costs during the machine start-up.
