These machines are suitable for removing the fat – refining beef and sheep tripes and beef omasums, after having received a first treatment with the cleaning centrifuge.

High quality and practical

The centrifuges are made entirely of AISI304 stainless-steel and are equipped with a pneumatic opening system for internal cleaning. They are supplied with an air-operated discharge door and an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet.

The models differ in the quantity that can be processed in an hour:

  • R10 – max. 8 animals/hour – tripe + omasum
  • R15 – max. 16 animals/hour – tripe + omasum
  • R20 – max. 50 animals/hour – tripe + omasum
  • R25 – max. 80 animals/hour – tripe + omasum
  • R50 – max. 120 animals/hour – tripe + omasum
