Description

Our freestanding rotary roll-on cappers use Zalkin’s proven capping head technology to apply aluminum closures to glass and metal bottles at speeds up to 60,000 bph.

With rotary roll-on technology, aluminum roll-on pilfer proof (ROPP) caps are transported single-file via a chute and released by a cap dispenser to feed individually onto the top of each bottle. The caps are then sealed to the container by rotating roll-on capping heads which seal the closures onto the container using precisely controlled top pressure, and side pressure.
