FM L4L LINEAR 4-LINE

• Filling weight: 100 gr. - 500 gr.
• The machine can be designed as single, two, three, four, six-line as linear or rotary system.
• The machine capacity varies according to the number of the lines and filling weight.
• Machine takes bowls into hopper in four lines. When bowls are seen by photocell system, the machine makes the filling of cream cheese in the desired weight. Aliminium foil is sealed, production and expiry date and similar information is printed onto the foil by coding machine and finally, packaged products are transferred to the output conveyor belt for collecting.
• In case that the bowls are not given to the hoppers, the machine realizes that there are no bowls in the hoppers and does not make the filling. In this way, the machine prevents the possible waste of bowls, foils or product to be filled.
• In addition to cream or labne cheese, the filling, sealing and packaging of honey, jam, chocolate, butter, tomato paste, yoghurt, etc. or fluid products such as turnip, buttermilk, fruit juice, milk, mineral water, vinegar, liquid detergent, paint, paint thinner, cologne, molasses, sesame oil and other similar types of products can be done.

Capacity: 4500 bowl/hour (for linear 4-line filling machine).
