BASTRA SMOKE CONDENSATE TECHNOLOGY

By the patented BASTRA-FR-nozzle system liquid smoke is converted into a gaseous state – this guarantees traditional smoke taste. Our process engineering is based on smoking technology with regenerated smoke from purified smoke condensate. Unwanted pollutants like tar, benzpyren and ash particles are filtered out intricately.

The BASTRAProfi500 microprocessor has been optimally adapted to our customers’ requirements by a specialised BASTRA team. Permanent development work as well as decades of experience are integrated in the latest generation of process controllers.
