In addition to cow's milk, it also implies the processing of goat's, sheep's, horse's or camel's milk. The totality of enterprises of the dairy industry includes various types of enterprises - starting from a dairy farm that keeps livestock and produces a primary process - the collection of milk, and a variety of milk processing enterprises that produce such products as cream, butter, lactic acid products, cheeses, condensed or powdered milk, milk-based baby food, and so on.
