Vacuum Evaporator 110/100
A multi-component device that allows the concentration of solutions and mixtures of various products by evaporating the solvent.
Description
Vacuum evaporators are often used in the food industry for the thermal processing of milk, buttermilk, whey, the production of condensed cream, and condensed milk with and without added sugar. A large number of producers of jam, confiture, and marmalade have switched to vacuum evaporators due to the fact that boiling at low temperatures under vacuum conditions allows you to preserve the original color of fruits and berries, and most importantly, to preserve most of the nutrients and vitamins which are destroyed at higher temperatures.
Areas of application for vacuum evaporators
For the production of various medicinal extracts from plants, herbs, the concentration of juices, coffee, drinks, and other liquid foods, in the production of fruit syrups, biologically active additives, and so-called dietary supplements.
In the production of healthy foods, such as baby food, fruit, and vegetable purees, heat processing and concentration are also carried out under a vacuum in order to preserve their natural flavors as much as possible and extend the shelf life of the finished product.
In the food industry, concentration is also used as a preparatory stage of production, for example, to reduce the volume of raw materials during storage and transportation, to stimulate crystallization, and as an intermediate stage for the subsequent drying of products.
A widely developing area where vacuum evaporators are used is waste management, where the mass is processed, in other words, by-products are extracted through evaporation.
In addition to the food industry, small evaporators have found their way into the cosmetics industry and are often used, for instance to produce thick sugar paste for sugaring.

The following options can be additionally implemented in to the vacuum evaporation system:
- forced circulation circuit to increase the intensity of evaporation;
- forced circulation circuit with a remote heat exchanger to increase the heat transfer area;
- forced circulation circuit with an inline homogenizer for the possibility of using the unit as a vacuum homogenizing module;
- a spraying system for the working tank in the presence of a forced circulation circuit,
And much more!
Additional options:
In addition to a large number of options, that that are available both for the universal vacuum reactor and the vacuum evaporator, we can also offer additional equipment that applies exclusively to this evaporating unit version:
- a 25 L vacuum condensate collection tank, made entirely out of AISI304 stainless steel, equipped with a drain valve and a three-way valve at the "inlet", which allows the condensate to be drained from the vacuum tank during the operation of the unit! This function allows you to control the evaporation process, and evaporate as much moisture as necessary by measuring the volume of secondary steam condensate.
