E.T.A. S.r.l. is an Umbrian metalworking industry that has been designing and manufacturing equipment for the agri-food sector since 1987, with particular specialization in the dairy sector.
The all-Italian contribution of the founding members and the deep knowledge of the milk processing and transformation process have allowed the company to become a point of reference in the sector, in Italy and all over the world.
The continuous search for innovative solutions has allowed E.T.A. S.r.l. to position itself on the market as a quality company. In fact, in the design phase, the company complies with all national and international regulations regarding the protection of safety and food hygiene.
The machines E.T.A. S.r.l. are developed taking into consideration the processing needs and are tested within the company before each delivery, in order to verify their quality and reliability.
Over the years E.T.A. S.r.l. has developed an entire range of products, dedicating attention to the Italian market but above all to the foreign one, reaching over 30 countries all over the world over the years.
DESIGN AND AUTOMATION
Thanks to his thirty years of experience, E.T.A . Srl is able to design and supply all the equipment for a turnkey dairy. The machines are born from a project of the technical office made up of a team of mechanical and electronic engineers and are subsequently built inside the production workshop.
E.T.A. S.r.l. also designs and manufactures software for the control and management of industrial processes: electrical and electro-pneumatic panels are designed, built and tested within the company.
In addition, with a remote assistance system, the company offers a remote assistance service with remote connection. The machines are in fact equipped with a remote connection that allows E.T.A. S.r.l. to carry out a diagnosis anywhere in the world directly from the company’s technical office.
DAIRY 4.0
E.T.A. S.r.l. offers innovative services on machines and complete systems in the Industry 4.0 key. In particular, as regards the collection and management of production data within a dairy, the company possesses the tools and requirements that allow the end customer to qualify as Industry 4.0.
Using PLC, probes and sensors of the latest generation it is in fact possible to archive the milk traceability, the processing data of the same in real time and to know with extreme precision the quantity of the final product processed.
The archiving of the data and the historicization of the processes are transmitted to the management program of the dairy management. This can be done in the cloud, but also at your fingertips via a specific app for smartphones or on company computers.
