In order to guarantee the entire range from mechanical pre-development to production despite the continuous growth of the SOMIC Group, the FeinmechanikZentrum Schmidbauer in Haag i. Obb. was fully integrated in 2019.
The diverse service portfolio of SOMIC Haag i. Obb. - the current name of the company - was retained. The certified company (DIN ISO 9001) thus continues to produce precision parts for industries such as robotics, optics, aerospace and medical technology. The high quality standards, coupled with detail- and customer-oriented action and attention to sustainability and long-term planning, are firmly rooted in the corporate culture of both companies.
