Holmatec was founded in 1992 by Heribert Große-Rechtien and Ulrich Kösters.In 1993 the company moved into a new building in the Holsterfeld industrial area.
The company grew steadily and the hall area was expanded in multiple stages to its current size of 3,000 m2. The new administrative building was opened in February 2011. It was expanded in December 2015. Modern offices were created for design and programming and new social rooms for our staff were added.

We manufacture customised conveying, handling and automation equipment for industrial applications. Our staff is distinguished by extensive experience in food processing and packaging, as well as special machine construction.
We provide you with everything from the planning and project implementation to commissioning and service, all from a single source. We design and build the plant according to your wishes, program the software and wire the switch cabinets. We assemble and test the plant within our dedicated testing departments prior to commissioning on your premises.
Our trained employees are also by your side after commissioning and offer personalised service for your plant. We have been training technicians in multiple professions for years in order to continue to offer the accustomed levels of service, expertise and performance in the future.
