Why GLASS?
A special feature of the GLASS company is that each machine is manufactured according to the individual needs of our customers. Naturally, this is done according to the latest state of the art and in compliance with the highest hygiene requirements. By the way, our machines are manufactured exclusively at our Paderborn site. Here we can also offer you a demonstration with your products to convince you of the quality and functionality of our machines and to provide you with the highest process reliability.
All our machines meet the highest hygienic requirements
During the development of our machines we pay special attention to the hygienic construction, as this topic is of great importance for all our customers. For example, the sealing system between motor and mixing tool is a hygienic seal.
It is easy to remove and clean and can be easily changed or replaced.
In addition, when cleaning all components and housings, the water drains off without leaving any residue, thus creating hygienic surfaces. All machine housings may also be cleaned inside.
If the machine is equipped with vacuum, the hoses for cleaning are equipped with BEST-CONNECT connections. Therefore the cleaning can be carried out within shortest time with a small amount of water.
Highest electrical safety is guaranteed for all machines
The entire electrical equipment is of course in accordance with the latest EU legal regulations. The electrical equipment is always installed in an additional switch cabinet in the side part of the machine. To protect against moisture, a control cabinet heater is integrated there and, depending on the equipment, additional ventilation is also provided. The operating elements are installed in each machine with at least IP65 splash-proof protection.
We facilitate the installation and maintenance of your machines
The machine is delivered by us as far as possible as "plug and work" and thus integrates itself as far as possible independently into your existing production processes. The covers of the housing can all be opened without special tools. This gives you the greatest possible access to the individual assemblies. To facilitate access during maintenance, all components are clearly arranged and easy to reach.

Therefore we can guarantee that all parts are available worldwide.

With us you always get the right spare parts
The GLASS machines are designed so that spare and wear parts can be easily replaced. In doing so, we enable you to be supplied with all spare parts for a period of 10 years. For mechanical spare parts manufactured by GLASS, we guarantee the supply of spare parts for the entire service life of the machine.
We offer you the following quality management:
- GLASS is ISO 9001/2015 certified.
- You receive your machine in the proven GLASS quality.
- All safety checks have been carried out and are verified.
- After completion each machine is subjected to an extensive test run and function test of all operating modes.
