BEHÄLTER KG BREMEN – INTERNATIONAL TRADE OF USED AND BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL TANKS, AGITATORS AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

Since our foundation in 1965, Behälter KG has become a leading specialist company for stainless steel tanks in Germany and across Europe. This long and traditional commercial history connects us strongly with our location, the Hanseatic City of Bremen.

Due to our extensive and unique inventory, we have been able to offer our customers quality products “made in Germany” with immediate availability for over 50 years. Additionally, we manufacture stainless steel tanks and agitators “made to measure” based on customer specifications in a wide range of conditions, sizes and shapes. Our clients include medium-sized companies, corporations and plant manufacturers in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Our main business activity is in the German speaking region, but over the last years we have already increased our international sales to over 30% thanks to our multilingual team.

After 30 years of successful business under the leadership of Peter Schüler, Julian Beckh successfully secured the company succession in 2017. Our „second-hand tanks“

Apart from our decade-long experience in manufacturing stainless steel tanks, we also store in Bremen over 1.500 used tanks on an area larger than 15.000 sqm. These tanks are of high quality, instantly available and available at a very good price point.

Every “second-hand” tank is carefully inspected by us upon purchase in order to ensure a high quality level of our stock. The material analysis by an X-ray spectrometer as well as the wall-thickness measurement by ultrasound are further important purchase decision parameters for second-hand tanks. We therefore provide our clients with these measurements free of charge, for a maximum in client satisfaction.

We also offer additional services to your tank purchase, such as transport, on-site assembly or statistical calculations.

Purchase of used tanks

Apart from selling tanks we also offer to purchase your second-hand tanks. We can thereby help to reduce your investment costs, by purchasing your surplus inventory at an attractive price. Dismantling services and transportation can be taken care of by our own employees or long-time business partners.
