Your margarine and shortening products will be kneaded extra with the Polaron pin rotor machine. This will give you a homogeneous product quality.

Little floor space is needed in your production for the pin rotor

You can mount up to 3 cylinders on one frame and therefore the extra kneading of your product can easily be fitted into your production line.

The important extra if you have a filling machine

For a smooth and consistent product filling we recommend to use the Polaron plasticator in your production. For some fat blends you will then also achieve a shiny appearance of your product.
