Tensometric dosing machines are a type of equipment used in the food industry. They serve to divide products into batches based on weight for subsequent processing or packaging. They consist of a tank which rests on one or multiple tensometric sensors. They are used for measuring out batches of loose or bulk products, products consisting of small pieces, and liquids, e.g. flour, sugar, pasta, soft cheese, dough, soy protein mass, minced meat, etc. They can be used in the dairy, confectionary, meat-processing, flour-grinding and other industries, whether on their own or as part of a production line.
