Hubert Haas was established as a family business in 1996. The company produces scalding, slaughtering and stunning systems for small to medium slaughterhouses. In 1997, Hubert Haas acquired a building plot in the industrial area of Neuler and constructed an assembly plant and office building; in the years that followed, the assembly plant was continually extended. In 2015, the new office building was completed.

The majority of the machines are made of stainless steel to customer specifications. Thanks to a well-equipped engineering shop, all machines can be produced entirely in-house. Frequent participation in national and international trade fairs has helped the company gain global recognition.
