Defrosters
Defrosters are a type of plant used in the food industry. They serve to quickly and gently thaw frozen products for further processing. They ensure that the taste of meat, fish, fruits, or vegetables does not change, and they also prevent any harmful bacteria as could happen with slow natural thawing. They can be used on their own, or as part of a production line in large food enterprises. With them, one can defrost raw materials by the piece or in whole blocks, and in packaging or unpackaged.
