DESCRIPTION
Machine for single-track packaging with heat-shrink film.

The products to be packed are conveyed on a feeding belt, with a 90° input, and Marbett/Intralox chain with Low coefficient of friction.
The Twin Pack range of shrinkwrappers is equipped with a film tension control system to ensure proper proportional length of film.

The designed shape is conveyed towards the film ascent area passing through a suction area, where it is ensured the adhesion of the film to the product with overlap on the bottom of the bundle, and then it is introduced in the shrink tunnel.

Twin Pack technology allows the separation of the electronic product without mechanical changeover, electronic change of the film length, automatic centralized lubrication, film feeding and cutting with motorization and independent brushless control.

Changing the setup is easy and fast and exclusively electronic without mechanical operation.
