Not only is the MMP space saving because of its small size, but it gives access to all areas for maintenance, cleaning etc. at the front of the machine. As a result no access is required to the rear of the machine, giving more flexibility on where it can be positioned in the factory.

The MMP is designed to be closely coupled with single or twin primary bag makers, with a width approximately the same as a twin bagger. With its modular build a single MMP machine can be twinned with another MMP in the future when your production grows.

The seam heater rollers are also modular and can be replaced very quickly by removing 4 bolts and a plug.

A typical line feeding to the MMP would consist of a bagger, check weigher with blow off system, a short aligner feeder that feeds into the MMP’s stacker arrangement. The MMP features the latest in linear transport technology, using XTS, to collate and receive from the stacker unit. The XTS system combines the benefits of both linear and rotary systems.
