The control panel is integrated in the main frame and the palletiser comes already completely wired. With the basic model no assembly is required and can go from power-up to performance in no time.

Stay flexible

Several programs for different products and pallet patterns are pre-set and can be easily adjustable directly from the HMI.

Be safe

Edges, enclosure, safety locks and sound signals ensure safe working environment. Optional transparent enclosure allows the operator to follow the progress of the palletisation without any interruption.

Need support?

Online support available with a remote access VPN router allows you to easily access technical support for troubleshooting or additionally requested upgrades and modifications.

Need more?

S-PAL Palletiser can be a stand-alone palletising unit or integrated with other modules like automatic infeed/outfeed conveyors, interlayer sheets dispenser, rejection conveyor, labelling and printing equipment or others.

The palletising gripper can be exchanged for multi-product palletisation. The basic model can be upgraded to stainless, corrosion resistant or wash-down design.Upon request the S-PAL Palletiser can be customised, applying application-specific configurations and technical solutions.
