Descrição

The Compact case packer is an optimum solution for bread and animal feed products and other products with simple packing patterns.

Functional description:
The bags are supplied by a feed conveyor. The bags can be turned on the feed conveyor if required (option). Next, the bags are accumulated until a row of one or more bags has been formed; overlapping is possible during this process in order to achieve optimum product distribution in the box. The whole row is then transported to the drop flaps, a compression plate pushes the bags together from the back, after opening the drop flaps, the bags are placed in the box. Multiple layers can be loaded into the box, the box is vibrated during loading (option) in order to achieve optimum filling.
